This book was created for the International Society of Typographic Designers and it examines the lost self within our world and the universe. It invites the reader to think about who they are, their identity and encourages them to reconnect themselves with the universe through cosmic meditation. In the book I demonstrate through illustrations the scale of the universe which makes the reader feel small. To conclude I invite the reader to practice cosmic meditation which is designed to heighten and enhance your awareness and your connection to the universe.
